Volunteer Info
On Sunday, December 9th we get to love on our community through Mildura Carols by Candlelight.
We have the opportunity to serve our community on multiple fronts. Click on the link below for a list of descriptions (Click link - Click on "Select a time> Register" to see descriptions) on how you can serve on the night. We have roles that last for 20 minutes right through to others that are in the thick of the action all night. We will be hosting a volunteer night to run through all the in and outs on Thursday the 6th of December at 7:30 pm. We would love to see you there.

Volunteer Roles
Where you need me
If you willing to help out where the need is we will assign a role a little closer to the date. This will help us make sure all bases are covered.
Set Up Crew
Duration: 2 hours | On this team, you will help different areas of the event to set up for the big night. This volunteer role will commence at 3:30 pm and finish at 5:30 pm
Pack Up Crew
Duration: 2 hours | On this team, you will help different areas of the event to pack up for the night. This volunteer role will commence at 10:00 pm and finish at 11:00 pm
Drink/Candle Sales
Duration: 2 hours | On this team you will work at the sales tent selling glow sticks , candles and drinks to the public. We will operate 2 shifts on the night, 6:20pm - 8:20pm and 8:15pm - 10:15pm
Care Team
Duration: 2 hours | On this team, you will assist people who attend the event with directions, information and questions. We want to look after people well and create an amazing helpful environment. We will operate 2 shifts on the night, 6:20pm - 8:20pm and 8:15pm - 10:15pm
Information Tent
Duration: 4 hours | On this team, you will work at the info tent helping people with information and questions. Please note you must have a working with children's card to volunteer for this role. This volunteer role will commence at 6:30 pm and finish at 10:00 pm
